What BIDO XP collects, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Your name and email (to sign you in with magic links and send booking updates), your trip plans and bookings, and the names and emails of travelers you invite (to send them their payment links). Payments are processed by Stripe — BIDO never sees or stores card numbers.
How it's used
To run your trip: collecting group payments, confirming vendors, sending receipts and invites, and giving BIDO's local team what they need on the ground. Vendors see the booking details needed to deliver their service — never other travelers' emails or payment details. Invited travelers' details are visible only to their trip's organizer and BIDO.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't email your group beyond their trip. Affiliate attribution uses a referral code in your session — not third-party trackers.
Your choices
You can review your account details anytime from Account settings, and active sessions from Account security. To have your data corrected or deleted, contact support — we'll confirm within a few days.
