The fastest route: open the booking's receipt from My bookings and use Request change, Report payment issue, or Request cancellation. Each opens a tracked ticket tied to your booking, so the team sees your itinerary and payments alongside your message.
Everything else
Email support@bidoxp.test — account questions, vendor and affiliate queries, or anything you can't reach from a receipt. Include your booking reference (it looks like BK-0012) if you have one.
During your trip
Confirmed bookings come with 24/7 trip support — your final handoff email includes the local team's direct contact for anything time-sensitive on the ground.
