Checkout terms & cancellation policy
What you agree to when you book with BIDO XP, in plain language.
Booking
A BIDO booking bundles the stays, transport, experiences, and specialists you selected into one plan with one group total. Nothing is charged until you (or your invited travelers) pay at checkout — building a plan is always free. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay; vendor payments and local coordination are handled by BIDO.
Group payments
In a BIDO-managed split, each traveler pays their own share through their secure payment link. The booking is confirmed with vendors once the full group total is collected. The organizer can also cover the full amount and settle up with the group independently.
Cancellations & refunds
Every booking has a refund review deadline (shown on your invite and receipt, seven days before the trip starts). If BIDO can't deliver the booked plan by that deadline, collected payments are refunded automatically. To request a cancellation yourself, use Request cancellation on your receipt — each request opens a tracked ticket and the support team reviews refunds case by case, factoring in vendor commitments already made on your behalf.
Changes
Need different dates, a different villa, or a bigger group? Use Request change on your receipt or bookings page and tell us what should change. We'll confirm feasibility and any price difference before anything is rebooked.
Payments & security
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout. BIDO never sees or stores your card details. Receipts for every payment stay available from My bookings.
